Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The return is initiated after 7 days of delivery.
  • The issue is due to customer mishandling.

  2. Attach clear photos or videos showing the damage/defect (if applicable).
  3. Wait for our team to confirm return eligibility.
  4. Ship the item back to our provided return address (we may arrange pickup in some cases).

💸 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer (as agreed).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

🔁 Exchange Policy

If you received a wrong or damaged product and would like a replacement instead of a refund, we’re happy to offer a free exchange, subject to stock availability.

❗ Important Notes

  • Always inspect your package upon delivery. Report any issues within 48 hours.
  • For returns due to personal preference (color, size, etc.), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Refunds are not applicable on clearance or promotional sale items.
